OUR INTERVENTION MODEL

RTI Framework — Response to Intervention

THRYVE applies an evidence-based, three-tier RTI model across ALL programs and pathways. Every participant receives the right level of support — from universal programming to intensive 1:1 intervention — based on data-driven progress monitoring.

TIER 1

Universal Support

High-quality group programming and vocational readiness for all participants. Includes orientation, life-skills workshops, group employment skills training, and workforce literacy seminars. Approximately 80% of participants are served effectively at this tier.

TIER 2

Targeted Intervention

Small-group and focused skill-building for participants who need additional support beyond Tier 1. Includes targeted academic or vocational intervention, progress monitoring every 4–6 weeks, and adjusted learning plans. Approximately 15% of participants.

TIER 3

Universal Support

Highly individualized intervention plans for participants with the most complex needs. Includes 1:1 job coaching, individualized employment plans, intensive academic coaching, mental health linkage, and cross-agency coordination. Approximately 5% of participants.
